Our rates 

In the case of our research, no fees before the date of signing is required (see Step by step). Fees are made from a percentage of the selling price of the property (see table below). By signing the exclusive mandate to search for renewable three months, you will pay no fees if the property is not found. You also not have to deposite fees for travel expenses or costs of reports.

  Fees for sale your property are the same as for the research.
